Training

You must be at least 18 years of age.

You must have a clean record and not convicted of a felony.

You must be sponsored by an established Ohio broker.

You must have a high school diploma or equivalent & complete 120 hours of Ohio Pre-Licensing course work including: Real Estate Principles and Practices, Real Estate Law, Real Estate Finance, Real Estate Appraisal.
