You must have a high school diploma or equivalent & complete 120 hours of Ohio Pre-Licensing course work including: Real Estate Principles and Practices, Real Estate Law, Real Estate Finance, Real Estate Appraisal.
You must have a high school diploma or equivalent & complete 120 hours of Ohio Pre-Licensing course work including: Real Estate Principles and Practices, Real Estate Law, Real Estate Finance, Real Estate Appraisal.You must complete a 10-hour post licensure class within one year of becoming licensed.
